Future Tenant will be open from 9:00pm – 11:00pm during the celebration. During this time span we are excited to provide Pittsburgh the music of Same Moon. Formed under the moon of Westmoreland County, PA, this acoustic duo features Ellie Lee Oldfield (Piano/Vocals) and Vince Bone (Guitar/Vocals) of Absent-Minded Professors. Together these two have an eclectic mix of pop/rock tunes ranging from the 60s to present day. Formed in mid-2017 they are quickly gaining steam around the music scene of Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.
Ellie Lee Oldfield's sweet-sounding piano and room-silencing vocals define Same Moon’s harmonious, open sound. At a young age, this pink-haired star has played over 200 shows since her career began. Her hair and edgy style may catch your attention first, but it’s her vocal range and musical flare that will pull you in from the first to final note. Vince Bone’s raw, deep-cutting voice and guitar add a rock blend to their acoustic-oriented music. His stage presence and witty banter perfectly complements Ellie’s unique and artistic approach.
Together, they form the Same Moon band with not only a new age-twist on music, but an engaging and fun stage presence. Their style is new and unique, but echoes the greatness of the past.
